How it all Started

After working in the corporate world for many years, I found that wasn't my true calling. I realized I really wanted to do something that I was passionate about. My love of animals and my desire to provide them with the care they deserve inspired me to leave my corporate job and become a professional pet sitter. I founded Kimberly's Kritter Care in 2016, and have been providing North Charleston and surrounding areas with dependable, knowledgable, and loving pet care services ever since. In my spare time I love to hang out with my fur family and my partner, Josh. I also enjoy volunteering at local animal shelters and fostering kittens.

I am a proud mom to four rescues: a black lab mix named Buddy, a plott hound mix named Molly, a tuxedo cat named Callie, and a rambunctious tabby cat named Charlie!

At Kimberly's Kritter Care, we truly love animals and have years of experience working with them. We are all Pet First Aid and CPR certified. You can trust us to provide a safe, comfortable, fun, and healthy environment for your furbabies. Whether it’s taking them for walks, administering meds, coming by to feed and let them out, or providing at-home care, we’ll watch over your pets as if they were our own.

We can't wait to meet you and your furry, scaly, and feathered friends!

Meet the Team

Sam Soule, Pet Care Specialist

Hey everyone, my name is Sam and I moved to Charleston in 2021 from New York! Nope, not the big city, just a little small town.

I'm a huge animal lover and, unfortunately, I don't live on a farm or I'd have an actual zoo I'm sure! (Future goals!)

I have 3 puppers - Zeke, Raine, and Bowie and two kitty litter mates - Kitty & Shadow. They are all so unique in their own little ways and bring such joy to my life.

I am pet first aid and CPR certified and have experience administering medications.

I'm very excited to become a part of this crew and look forward to meeting everyone and their fur (or scaly) babies!

Tamara Koellner, Pet Care Specialist

Hi, I am Tamara! I recently moved back to my hometown, Summerville. And I finally decided to follow my passion.... Animals!

I have had a million of them growing up. My father and I raised white homing pigeons and released them as doves at weddings and, unfortunately, funerals. I have had every breed of dogs and cats and Parrots that got me in huge trouble because they sounded just like me! 🤣 I also raised two squirrels that fell out of their nest and three wrens, as well.

I love people, but I love animals even more ❣️

I have completed training in animal behavior and other pet related courses and will soon be certified in pet first aid & CPR.

Thank you, in advance, for trusting me to care for your beloved pets!

Meagan Hall_bio pic.jpg

Meagan Hall, Pet Care Specialist

My name is Meagan and I grew up in Ohio around three golden retrievers, ducks, rabbits, cats, lizards - you name it! I have a Corgi and English Bulldog, Cooper and Athena. I love enjoying the outdoors, and there is no better way to do that than having a pet with you.

I graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Visual Communications, so expect high-quality photos of your pet every time I'm with them!

Currently, I work at Charleston Harbor Veterinarians and have over 2 years of experience working in a vet clinic. I understand the importance of regular feeding schedules, administrating medication, and giving your pet the extra love they need when they are away from their family. I also have advanced knowledge in Brachycephaly breeds (Bulldogs, Frenchies, Pugs, Boxers etc.) and know the high care that these guys require - especially in this Charleston heat!
