SHARED ACCESS LIABILITY WAIVER

 

We understand that your friends and families may want to check in on your pets while you are gone, however, our policy is to not provide “shared” pet care with outside services, friends, family, etc. due to restrictions set forth by our liability insurance.

 

This policy is in place should anything happen with your house, or worse, something with your pet(s) while they are in our care. If anything should happen while anyone other than Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC was in your home, Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC could be held liable, even if we were not responsible.

 

Therefore, if you plan to have any other party (friend, family, housekeeper, contractor, etc.) entering your home at any time during the agreed upon service dates while you’re at work or traveling you must notify us immediately and agree to hold Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC and the Pet Sitter harmless by signing this waiver.

 

Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC and the Pet Sitter accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Client's property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement. If another party has access to the Client’s home in their absence, Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC and the Pet Sitter is released from any liability with the exception of when the pet(s) are under the direct supervision of the Pet Sitter.

 

I understand that Kimberly’s Kritter Care LLC is not responsible for any breach of security or loss of or damage to my property while caring for my pets outlined in the Time to Pet client portal and app. Furthermore, I agree to hold Kimberly's Kritter Care LLC harmless and waive any liability should anything happen to my property or pet(s) while I am away.
